Escape Studios is one of the UK's premier VFX, Animation and Games Art training and teaching institutions, which has been at the forefront of creative education since 2002, supplying the industry with studio-ready talent.
Established as an independent visual effects academy, we originally offered short courses in Visual Effects, Game Art, Animation and Motion Graphics. Escape Studios was acquired by Pearson Plc in 2013 and became part of Pearson College London, where we’ve expanded our course portfolio and now have over 1,000 students a year studying with us.
We offer a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses across two academic schools:
School of Animation and Visual Effects
School of Interactive and Real-Time
Approved and endorsed internationally as Rookies and Houdini Certified schools, we take students with raw talent and shape them into the creative professionals demanded by today's employers.
Escape Studios is a well-established and trusted partner for companies, big and small. Our world-class industry partners include Industrial Light & Magic, PlayStation London Studio, Framestore, The Mill, DNEG, Milk, Creative Assembly, Cinesite, Blue Zoo and MPC, while our unique partnership with Epic Games, means we're also one of the UK’s only Unreal Authorized Training Centers.
