"The friends you make here at Escape Studios will push you to try and aim higher than what you would have initially thought you would be possible of acheiving. The people you will meet at Escape Studios will truly change how capable you perceive yourself to be and that is utterly fantastic."

Your accommodation options

There are plenty of options when it comes to finding accommodation at Escape Studios. Although we don't have our own private accommodation, we've tried and tested a fair few and have found a couple of student favourites:

  • Based in Islington (Zone 2), Tufnell House is just a short tube ride away and residents can explore eclectic Camden Town, ZSL London Zoo, Regents Park and Primrose Hill.
  • Based in Wembley Park (Zone 4), Grand Felda House offers a range of studios and flats as well as a free gym and swim membership to all residents.

You can also make full use of the services provided by the University of London Housing Services (ULHS) who run a private housing service for students in London. Both current students and those holding an offer to study with us can freely access these services.

Find out more on our dedicated accommodation page here.

Thinking about commuting?

If you decide to commute into campus, you wouldn't be the only one! Around half of all Pearson College London students commute in to our central London campus from home.

Our location is great - we're a 5 minute walk away from Holborn tube station, round the corner from Covent Garden and on a direct bus route! So whichever way you choose to commute, you can guarantee a straight forward journey.

You can read more about life as a commuter student on our dedicated commuting into campus page here.

Start planning your commute and get ready for your September start.

"There are kitchen spaces that are fully accessible to students and there are specific locations throughout the building that are filled with comfortable spaces to interact with fellow students. Students can remain onsite till 10pm each day, providing commuting students with a suitable amount of time to complete their work and relax before having to head back home."

"Industry connections and a smaller class size with interactive lessons as opposed to lectures is a much more ideal learning situation, as well as more suited to career development alongside a degree and showreel."

""When I first moved in, it was a surreal experience - being placed in a flat with 5 total strangers knowing you’re going to be living together for the next year! Looking back, I am glad that I decided to live with other people for my first year as it helped me settle in knowing I wasn’t on my own."

The Pearson College Student Association (PCSA) is run by students, for students. It's a big part of student life at Pearson College London, as the PCSA oversees a range of clubs and societies, providing something for everyone to make the most out of life in the city.

We also have our own Student Experience Team who know being part of the Escape Studios community means you have the best possible experience whilst you’re studying. They love coming up with competitions and exciting events to get involved with such as foodie events, cinema screenings and games marathons.
