"To have my potential recognised by such a successful artist, who I have been inspired by for many years, has been the greatest opportunity that I've been given. I will take this moment and use it to become a role model for others who are journeying into the world of VFX and as a reminder to myself that I do have what it takes to become a great artist."

- Shanae Bedford, VFX Scholarship winner

"Nurturing the next generation of British talent is very important to me, and it's an honour to be able to work with Escape Studios who so brilliantly supports this. Throughout my career I've been privileged to work behind the camera with some amazing and incredibly hard-working visual effects artists - they come from all sorts of different types of backgrounds and the quality that unites them is creative passion. To be able to give a gifted student the chance to study with Escape Studios - an opportunity that they might otherwise not have - is very exciting. I can’t wait to see the talent that comes through this scholarship and then follow them on their path into the amazing world of visual effects."
