Our free Animation, Storyboarding and Previsualisation Open Events are an exciting opportunity for new and emerging talent to explore career opportunities, network and learn about the animation pipeline, from pre-production to post-production. Our industry-experienced tutors and current students will answer all of your questions, take you through our Animation, Storyboarding and Previsualisation course and discuss what it’s really like to study at Escape Studios.

Attending the event will be Alex Williams, who is the Head of Animation at Escape Studios. He has over 25 years experience working in the animation industry and some of his film credits include; The Lion King, Robots, The Road to El Dorado, Who Framed Roger Rabbit and The Iron Giant. He also has 20 years experience working and teaching in higher education.

Attending the event will be Iliana Franklin, who is our Storyboarding and Previs tutor and has worked in the animation industry for over 30 years. She is also the Art Director at Mediaframe Ltd. She has worked on various TV shows including Mecky and his friends, Hungarian Folk Tales, Spirou, Carland Cross, and some feature film projects including A Monkey’s Tale and The Princess and the Pea.
