We are all responsible for ensuring our own safety and safety of others while visiting the campus and attending on-campus Open Day.
To ensure the safety of all visitors we ask everyone to read through carefully the below information before booking and attending the face-to-face Pearson Business School Open Day.
Before booking your place:
- To minimise the number of visitors in the building at this occasion we can offer limited spaces at our Open Day.
- We operate Covid-secure campus. Please familiarise yourself with the details below.
Before you depart to the campus:
- Please keep up to date with the latest COVID-19 advice from the Government.
- Please make sure you are aware of the symptoms of COVID-19.
- If you are feeling unwell and / or have any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to campus. Please stay at home and follow Government advice. Please notify us via email (hello@pearsoncollegelondon.ac.uk) or phone +44 (0)203 553 7064 so we can postpone your place to another time.
- If you have been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive for Covid-19, please do not come to campus. Please stay at home and follow Government advice.
- Please take a rapid-lateral-flow test 48 hours before attending the activity to minimise the spread of the virus.
- Please let us know if you require any support or adjustments in order to access our campus no later than 5 working days before the activity. We will make reasonable adjustments where possible.
- Please plan your journey to / from the campus in advance.
Arriving to the campus
- Wear a face covering if using public transport and socially distance from others.
- Carry an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with you.
- Please aim to arrive at least 15 mins prior start of the Open Day to allow time for a check in.
- Upon arriving to the building please cooperate with the staff and security to complete entry formalities.
While on campus
- To minimize the number of visitors in the building at this occasion we can offer limited spaces at our Open Day.
- Please adhere to the one-way system in place throughout the building.
- Please observe building signage and only use the designated space for the activity.
- Do not re-arrange chairs or any other furniture or change your allocated space during the activity.
- Staff members will be able to answer your questions and guide you through the day.
Safety, health & hygiene
- Cleaning frequencies have been enhanced at the campus.
- Cafeteria and breakout areas are closed. Please bring your own drinks in closed containers / bottles.
- Wash hands often.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Avoid busy areas.
