Undergraduate Taster Days

Join our next undergraduate taster day for the chance to visit our studios, meet some of your future classmates and test-drive the industry software.

Our undergraduate taster days are a perfect introduction to the software and skills taught on our degrees in Animation, Game Art and VFX.

You'll have the chance to visit our studios, meet some of your future classmates and test-drive the industry software including Maya and Unreal Engine!

What to expect

If you join on-campus

  • Visit our central London studios
  • Sit at our workstations for a taster session in each discipline (VFX, Game Art and Animation) to help you decide which course might be for you.
  • Use industry-standard software such as Maya and Unreal Engine.
  • Get taught by our expert tutors, as well as hear from our Studio Assistants and Student Ambassadors throughout the day.

If you join online

  • Log in to a remote workstation and test-drive industry software Maya and Unreal Engine from home.
  • Join the classroom virtually and be taught by our expert tutors in VFX, Game Art and Animation.
  • Receive virtual support from our Studio Assistants.
  • Get your questions answered by an Applicant Advisor through a virtual Q&A.

Please note to join online, you will need to have a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC. You cannot take part using only a phone or tablet device.

Health and safety

We are all responsible for ensuring our safety and of others while attending on-campus events. 

Please get in touch if you require any support or adjustments to access our campus no later than 3 working days beforehand. We will make reasonable adjustments where possible. Please plan your journey to / from campus in advance.

Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of events to allow time for check-in. Visitors will be issued a visitor pass. On the back of the pass, you will find health and safety info with emergency procedures to be followed.
