We will start by looking at why positioning is so fundamental to all brands and how it paves the way to sustainable growth and success. We'll be using real-life examples, case studies and a little bit of theory too.
We'll explore the 4Cs of positioning - Consumer, Culture, Competitor and Company, taking time to understand each one in turn and how they fit together to form a simple and effective model that can be used again and again
