Because they’ve chosen to take Flexible Learning as a benefit in return for a salary sacrifice, they don’t pay any tuition fees, so it’s a cost-effective benefit for both them, and us.

TAX AND NATIONAL INSURANCE FREE

When Flexible Learning is work-related, you don’t usually pay any individual tax or national insurance on the benefit. Plus, if your employees take it as a benefit in return for a salary sacrifice, you’ll be paying less tax and national insurance on their gross salary too.
