Meet your Student Services team

Student Services are responsible for providing administrative and pastoral support and advice to all Pearson College London students from the point of application, through to registration, through programme of study, and on to the award of a qualification as part of graduation.

The team are based at the Midtown campus and are available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; students can visit the Student Services desk for general advice or request personal meetings to discuss confidential issues.

Amy Antonioni, Head of Student Services

I joined Pearson College London in 2015 and it's been brilliant to have been part of its growth, not only in reputation, but also in actual student numbers. As Head of Student Services, most areas of student administration, from admissions and enrolment, through to graduation fall under my remit. I'm lucky to be leading a team who, like me, feel passionately about our students and our role in helping them achieve their potential.

Kim Robinson, Head of Student Administration

I recently joined the team in Student Services and will primarily be responsible for all areas of Assessments, Results and Graduation. I have 26 years’ experience of working within higher education central administration and hope that my experience will help with the continuing growth of the college. I manage a small team who deal with front line student queries and we work to ensure that students have the best experience during their time with us.   

Richard Easeman, Admissions Manager

The Admissions department take applicants through from the point of application to enrolment. We review applications, organise Admissions Workshops and interviews and issue applicants with course offers. I manage the department, ensuring that our processes are effective, fair and current. We can advise on UCAS, apprenticeship and postgraduate applications, student finance and accommodation.

Rezarta Rushiti, Admissions Officer

As a member of the Admissions team at Pearson College, I respond to enquiries from applicants and/or their advisors, by email, telephone or in person. We deal with queries relating to entry requirements, Student Finance, Accommodation and manage the College applicant workshops for all courses.

Lucy Cumberland, Admissions Officer

I am the newest member of the Admissions Team here at Pearson College. My main role is to deal with enquiries relating to admissions, and also process applications. I help to organise workshops as part of the application process, and attend Open Days to answer any questions applicants or their families have.

Hamza Saleem, Student Support Administration Manager

My role is to primarily provide support to students with additional learning needs, however I also manage attendance monitoring at the College, authorising absences and contacting students if they are not attending classes. I also provide information to students regarding College policies and procedures and help with student status letter and council tax letter requests. 

Chavi Sufrin, Student Counsellor

As Student Counsellor, I offer free, confidential support to students at Pearson College London. If you are facing any challenges or difficulties in your life that are impacting you personally or academically, you may find it helpful to make an appointment to see me. I recognise that asking for help is not always an easy thing to do. You may find though, that talking to someone experienced who is completely separate to your family, social group and tutors, can help you to figure out ways to manage the difficulties you might be facing. You can contact me directly to arrange an initial appointment, or you can ask any member of the Student Services Team to make a referral. 

Sarah Collins, Student Services Officer

I joined the Student Services team in 2016 and I assist with the organisation of assessments, processing of marks and preparation for the Examination Boards. A large part of my day is spent dealing with student queries, both in person and via email, and I enjoy helping and supporting them in this way. Additionally, I provide administrative support to the team whenever required.  

Adrian Smith, Timetabling Manager

I recently joined the team as Timetabling Manager, and my main role is to plan, schedule and manage the teaching timetables, which are uploaded so that students are able to access and download their timetables online. I work closely with academic staff to create course, student and staff timetables, and also manage room bookings and space allocation across the College. I have over 15 years’ experience in Higher Education working with a number of timetabling and student record systems including CMIS, CELCAT, Syllabus Plus, Unite and SITS.

Kat Curran, Head of Student Information Systems

I manage Pearson College’s student records system, SITS and am responsible for all statutory data returns that the College has to submit over the course of the academic year. Having worked as a SITS consultant in many other Higher Education institutions, I’m working on developing new ways of working and using our systems to make our processes more efficient; an example of which would be online enrolment for students; replacing paper forms with an online task. 

Sabba Razvi, SITS Systems Analyst

I help manage Pearson College’s records system, using my SITS knowledge gained from various roles. I maintain the database and aid internal and/or external individuals with statistical data, using reporting tools to create reports, html and other documents. I make sure to keep this in line with business processes and maintain strict confidentiality when carrying out data work.
