From student clubs to societies, there's something for everyone. Find out more about the student experience at Pearson Business School and Escape Studios!
Pearson Business School
Pearson College London has a welcoming community spirit within the state-of-the-art Midtown campus. The Pearson College Community Association (PCSA) is run by students, for students and is a big part of student life at Pearson College London.
PCSA oversees student clubs and societies and there's something for everyone - whether you want to keep fit, make friends or just try something new. Any student can join any club or society regardless of their previous experience and if you don't spot something you fancy, they can help you start your own. PCSA also holds a number of one-off pop up events, bringing together students from Escape Studios and Pearson Business School.
Over the past academic year, our students decided to implement a series of pop-up events and formed 5 different channels: Active, Charity, Culture, Education and Nightlife.
The events so far have ranged from boat parties and debating to paintballing and football, bar crawls and investment club to late night museum openings and meals out, not forgetting the annual Christmas Party!
Got ideas for a new club or society? PCSA can help you, and other like-minded students, set up your own club. Come and meet some of the PCSA team at an open day.
The Student Experience Team know being part of the Escape community means you have the best possible experience whilst you’re studying. They love coming up with competitions and exciting events to get involved with, such as:
- Nacho meet up - for the foodie lovers.
- Marvel-lous movieland - yes it is comic con in a bar!
- Unreal night - getting unreal in our games marathon
- Cinema screenings - we've seen Star Wars: The Last Jedi here first
Our Studio Assistants, part of the Student Experience Team, are on hand to provide support during your studies, they are the ray of light in the dark studios. They ensure everything runs smoothly so you can concentrate on crafting beautiful things, from providing assistance in class, offering feedback on your work to going out on shoot so you can get some authentic footage!
