Where to begin: It's ok to not know what to do

Join Simon Squibb, entrepreneur, angel investor, mentor, podcast host, founder and Chief Purpose Officer at The Purposeful Project, to explore different options for the future and try and find the best path for you! After leaving school at 15, Simon has started 18 companies and invested in over 60 start-ups. Simon is going to discuss the importance or work experience when identifying your interests and how it aids future success.

From passion to profit: How to make money doing what you love

In this interactive workshop we will be joined by Lucas and Natalie, co-founders of the fashion forecasting company AllEyes. Together they were able to turn their passion into a successful business and are here to discuss how you can use your hobbies to shape you career. Explore the different steps that can be taken to turn your interests into a money making businesses and ask all of your burning questions to current, young entrepreneurs! 

Brand Building: The importance of building your personal brand

Whether you're looking to become an employee or entrepreneur, cultivating a personal brand has become more important than ever. Experienced Marketing Consultant, Sacha Clark, will explore what's important when designing your brand and how it will help to benefit you professionally in future job interviews and sales pitches.

Next steps: Deciding which route to take

Taking the leap onto a specific path can be both daunting and challenging. In our final event in the series we'll be welcoming a panel of industry professional to give their top tips and share their experiences of how to make those crucial next steps for your future.

Networking is an invaluable skill to learn when entering the world of business. We welcomed Vicky Guo, the Director of Pearson Ventures who shared her advice on how we can discover and grow our network and enhance our chances of success.   

Making money out of your passion

In this episode, we were joined by fashion trend forecasting start-up, AllEyes, in an interactive workshop. They showed us how to work through a business idea to ensure it makes you money!

Whilst many of us have brilliant ideas for future businesses, knowing where to start when turning dreams into reality can be a challenge. In this video we were joined by a panel of inspiring entrepreneurs who talked about their own experiences achieving their goal and gave advice to any budding entrepreneurs.

In this video we explored how to stand out and make an impact in the industry. Whether you have a unique business idea or simply need some advice to help you stand out from the crowd, this video will provide you with the tips and tricks of the trade.
