John is the Head of Law programmes at Pearson Business School. He has worked in Higher Education management for over 25 years holding a number of senior appointments including: Associate Dean and Director of Learning and Teaching at the Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East London, Dean of Kaplan Law School, Dean of Holborn College and Deputy Director of LLB/GDL Programmes at BPP University.
He holds a number of postgraduate degrees including: MRes (Law), MA (Medical Law), LLM (Public Law) and the BVC, He is currently completing his PhD studies. His specialist research areas are: Medical Law, Tort Law and PI. He has been an External Examiner for a number of institutions including Ashridge Business School. Professional memberships include: Royal Society of Medicine, Medico-Legal Society, the Society of Legal Scholars and the Association of Law Teachers.
