Piers Veness

Piers has an MA in Theatre Design from the Slade School of Fine Art and a Diploma inAcademic English Teaching from Cambridge English, part of the University of Cambridge.

He has extensive experience in the area of Study Skills and Academic Support, having worked atBPP University, Goldsmiths, and David Game College. Parallel to this, he is heavily involved inthe art industry, curating and producing exhibitions of contemporary art. Piers is the Study Skills and Academic Support Officer, assisting students improve their studytechniques, get to grip with their assignments and solve common problem areas such asreferencing, research, writing style, and time management. 

What has Piers been up to?

  • Summer 2019 – Piers has helped to create the Study Skills section of the Pearson College Library.
  • 2018 – Review of Tony DeLap’s exhibition at Edel Assanti Gallery, London.
  • 2018 – “Artist-Run Projects”, a roundtable discussion at Swab Art Fair, Barcelona.
