There’s now just one month to go until the UCAS deadline which means you’ve got four weeks to complete your personal statement, get a reference from a teacher or employer, choose a course (or courses) and decided where you want to apply to.
When is the deadline?
Sunday 15th January 2017: all applications must be received via UCAS by 6.00pm
If you think you’re going to miss the deadline - don’t worry. Although applicants who meet the deadline will have priority in receiving places on their chosen course, we try our best to review every application we receive.
Post January 15th deadlines:
25th February: This is when UCAS Extra opens - you can use Extra if you've used all five choices and you're not holding any offers. With Extra, you can add one more choice. Find out more about Extra here.
30th June: This is the deadline for a ‘late application’. Any applications after this date will go into UCAS Clearing (more info below).
4th July: This is the last date to add a choice on UCAS Extra.
5th July: This is when UCAS Clearing opens. All applications received by UCAS from this point onwards are counted as a Clearing application. Find out more about Clearing here.
