Latest Updates on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

We will regularly be updating these news webpages with important information.

Following government guidance, we’re pleased to confirm that face-to-face teaching will take place at Pearson Business School and Escape Studios for all students until further notice.

Pearson Business School

We are delighted to be offering a full face-to-face model for seminar teaching. Following a consultation with students, all lectures will be recorded and available on demand rather than being timetabled sessions.

Escape Studios

Under the latest guidelines we are offering full-time face-to-face studio teaching for all students. Whilst we were amazed by how well everyone adapted to the circumstances of lockdown and online study, we know that it’s no substitute for working in the studio on our workstations and having the ability for impromptu discussions with fellow students and staff in the studio or during a break.

Guidance for all students

All students have been sent all the necessary information along with a Covid Secure Campus Guide detailing important safety measures when on campus. We are strongly encouraging students to take a Lateral Flow Test twice a week every three days or before they are due to come in for class. This is in accordance with government guidance for university students and is intended to keep everyone safe and to minimise the risk of outbreaks that could result in temporary building closure.

We also encourage all students and staff to receive Covid-19 vaccinations. Getting vaccinated is an important part of protecting ourselves, our friends, family and community from Covid-19. Details about booking a vaccine can be found here.

Students with any concerns can contact Student Services at studentservices@pearsoncollegelondon.ac.uk or 020 7190 4312, from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Updates on Open/Taster Days

In line with current guidelines, we are pleased to be hosting face-to-face open and taster days. Details on bookings and future dates can be found below:

If we receive further guidance, we will of course share further updates on teaching and face-to-face events on these news pages. We can’t predict how the rest of the academic year will develop, but whatever happens we’ll continue to do our utmost to make it a positive experience for all!
